A cooked meal is available each day, provided by the school, following guidance from the ERYC catering unit at a cost of £2.60 per day.
Please send the money to your child’s class teacher in an envelope with your child’s name and amount marked clearly on it. Dinners must be paid for in advance and we do not allow arrears to build up.
Your child may bring a packed lunch from home in a clearly named container and in the interest of safety, glass bottles, flasks of hot drinks or soup and fizzy cans are not allowed. Please do not send sweets or more than one chocolate biscuit/bun item.
Applications for free school meals can be made by contacting the East Riding of Yorkshire Council on 01482 394799 or by visiting an East Riding of Yorkshire customer service centre.
We do ask that even if your child has a packed lunch in Reception/KS1 you do still apply as school receives additional funding based on the number of pupil’s eligible for free meals even if the meals are not in fact taken.
